Largely in agreement with your estimation of fernet. I find the mintiness quite overpowering and I can’t say enjoyable. In contrast to, say, Strega, which I think very enjoyable. In suitably modest quantities.

Hmmm, this makes no sense without the 7.5 ml of Fernet Hunter, but I cannot find it on the site to add to the recipe.
