I’m in Australia and can’t buy any decent orange curacao, there seems like a global shortage or at least in Australia.

Does anyone know what’s happening?

The impacts of the flash floods in Valencia will only make things worse I suppose?

Honestly, make your own orange liqueur at home. It's easy and generally tastes better than the vast majority of good brands of liqueurs.
Choose the types of oranges and other citrus fruits you want to use, spices, seeds and herbs, the amount of sugar and type of spirit you want to use as a base, and that's it.
