We kept with the 'Oh Gosh' in using 15ml lime juice (even though we understand that it has a greater volume of sweet liqueur and syrup) and really enjoyed it that way. We also used a Viognier, simply because we had one to hand...perhaps less characterful than a Sancerre but, at just 7.5ml, it worked just fine.
