There's something i can use instead of pimento? Unfortunally i don't have it but this cocktail looks like amazing!!! i definilly want to do that, thank you if you have any suggestion

You can make it pretty easily if you’re happy making a sugar syrup (I found a recipe by searching) . It might not be as good as the shop bought but probably close enough

Pimento dram is dry with tannins, almost bittersweet, with accompanying spice. I'm not sure there is an obvious well-distributed alternative. However, if you are in the UK, I think you'll find pimento dram more widely available towards the end of 2023.
