Great drink (with Cynar it’s hard to do wrong). If you have Gin-sceptic friends who “ride or die” whiskey, something we attempted was akin to doing a flavor overload by using Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle and Antica Formula vermouth. Logically, it makes no sense to have 3 flavour-heavy spirits engaging in a Battle Royale, but we channeled our inner Ghostbusters, “reversed the stream,” and were pleasantly surprised by the result.
