I recently acquired a Coravin pivot, which has reusable stoppers that you use to replace whatever closure the bottle came with. Working well so far, though I still keep my vermouths and amari in the fridge. They claim keeps wine for a month (no mention of needing to refrigerate) , so I imagine vermouth will keep for several months. Have only had it about six weeks now. Handy and easy to use.

Whichever system you use to omit oxygen, it is still better to also refrigerate as this helps preservation.

Switched from Coravin to decanting into 2 oz bottles. Easy to store in refrigerator box, easy to clean and always stays fresh.

Yes, that certainly confirms my experience. I’ve found even wine can keep for surprisingly long periods in the fridge.
