Prickly Pear Mule
Subtle pear with ginger spice. Fill the glass with ice and go easy on the ginger beer which can predominate and overpower the pear

Balanced and refreshing, pear and ginger is a good combo. A bit too high-volume for my Collins glasses, had to decant into a dimple pint and add more ice to get any ginger beer in. Nowt wrong with a longer drink on a nice day though!
