How to make:

SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger beer.

1 14 fl oz Pear & cognac liqueur
1 14 fl oz Poire William eau de vie
3 fl oz Pressed pear juice
14 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer

Subtle pear with ginger spice. Fill the glass with ice and go easy on the ginger beer which can predominate and overpower the pear.
