Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 12 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Hard drink but crazy flavours. I love it. Used Carpano antica formula

It sounds like a GIN&IT, with Old Tom instead of London Dry Gin.
