1 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into an ice-filled glass.

On a Negroni adventure trail currently, this is next up, looks great. I'll try the original but not liking things too sweet I'll also swap the Rosso Vermouth with some Noilly Pratt original dry. Will report back.

Not sure if that qualifies for a Negroni riff, any technical thoughts?

Delicious but a little too sweet. Much better balanced with a straight London dry gin rather than Old Tom
