Nice , if a bit too medicinal, with a heavily peated whisky (Port Charlotte 10) but fantastic with a lighter peat (Filey Bay Peated)
Delicious but a little too sweet. Much better balanced with a straight London dry gin rather than Old Tom
Very nice but a bit small and gone too quickly - I would double the quantities
I don't have Margarita Bitters and Angostura are not my favourite, so tried 8 drops of Bob's Chocolate Bitters instead - worked a treat for me
