On a Negroni adventure trail currently, this is next up, looks great. I'll try the original but not liking things too sweet I'll also swap the Rosso Vermouth with some Noilly Pratt original dry. Will report back.

OK so it’s almost like Simon knows what he’s doing 🤣 . Although with dry vermouth the colour is to die for, a gorgeous yellow honey tone, it’s not the right taste. The original is best, well recommended!

Not sure if that qualifies for a Negroni riff, any technical thoughts?

Delicious but a little too sweet. Much better balanced with a straight London dry gin rather than Old Tom
