Sipping this right now, very nice and refreshing. I rinsed the glasses with some Elderflower as I don’t have a spare sprayer, I also decided to add a couple of drops of lemon bitters just to add my personal touch, it also looks very pretty with the sugar triangle I made and the slice of dried pineapple. Well done on your creation.
