Cherry Bourbon Sour
A bourbon sour with a sweet cherry twist. My partner Daniel loves cherry-flavoured sweets, so I created this recipe in our home kitchen for him to enjoy

Very good! I had neither aqua faba nor egg white, and dialled back the lemon juice a tad. Worked very well; thanks, Savy.

Savy, that was pretty good, very nice mix of cherry and citrus over bourbon. Not being vegan, and not having aquafaba around, I used pasteurized egg white, which gave the drink a nice, silky tone. A definite 4!
