One of the best drinks I've ever made. Spent 2 and a half minutes dry shaking it, it was so worth it. The rich berry flavours of the raspberry were bolstered so well by the egg white. Starting with the foam on the top was truly a sumptuous experience. Used Beefeater with some added sugar syrup.
