I'm curious if you're referring to using possibly better quality blood oranges or if you used a different brand of bottled juice.

Freshly juiced blood oranges, Peter. I haven't managed to find a decent bottled blood orange juice in the Netherlands yet, so it's still pretty much a seasonal treat for me.
