Wow! The whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts here. Had some leftover fresh thyme from our Christmas turkey, so thought I'd give it a Whirl. I was very pleasantly surprised how much I liked this drink. Out of necessity substituted agave syrup for sugar syrup but I think it may have been a happy accident as this was a wonderfully sweet and savory aromatic drink.
