I used Four Roses bourbon, papaya juice from fruit processed through my juicer, and a cheap Andre brut sparkling wine... The color of the liquid was a lot more orange-coral compared to the above photo. Drink tasted good, rather dry, and could've taken a touch more fizz. Definitely worth making if you can juice the papaya yourself.
