Very good. I enjoyed every sip, despite thinking that caper brine was a bit overwhelming, and I would be tired of it soon.

I made this with the standard dry vermouth we have in the states and Trader Joe’s Pinot gris. Also add a lemon peel. Fantastic. Definitely would do it again. Thank you for the drink idea difford
