Excellent!
The first time I made it, I tried to be thrifty and cut the mezcal in half with tequila. That was a mistake :(

I used wild rocket that grows like a weed in my back yard, and it has a very bold, bitey flavor that requires 100% mezcal to stand up to it.

Dialed the agave back to 15 ml (because I like my drinks with minimal sweetness) and it worked well.
