I guess from a French speaker’s perspective it’s just that it looks like the grammatical equivalent of “does you speak”, added to the fact that “parle” is pronounced “parl”, whereas “parlez” is pronounced “parlay”, but it’s not like the French don’t mispronounce English or make grammatical mistakes as well... ;)
The spelling above is just as Chris spelt the name of his cocktail. Arguably makes it trademarkable, e.g. Absolut Vodka should be spelt Absolute Vodka.
