It IS (peppery) spicy for sure. Pleasing 'whiskey' like underbelly. Not as overtly corny as moonshine. The oaking is firmly embedded into the background, being more vanilla in the middle and woody on the sides. Almost a peanut briddle sweetish nuttiness at its core. Immediately enjoyable on its own, though mixing it in an Old Fashioned or sour is intriguing. Curious to figure out in what this shines. Good buy. (13 Nov 2023, 10:28a)
