Watermelon Cooler
Summery, refreshing and light. Looks like watermelon and tastes reminiscent of watermelon but contains no watermelon

Very nice and refreshing. I substituted for coconut rum (Malibu) and it's pretty good too, but standard rum would likely be better. Both work! This would be good on a summer's day with a lot of ice.
