Very good, sweet but not too sweet. Definitely a rum-heavy drink, but not too spirit forward, as the Pom is strongly flavored. Thanks!

Wow! These are lovely! I got some beautiful, ripe pomegranates from a friend- immediately thought of making cocktails out of them… stumbled on this recipe… and voila!! Thank you for posting! The rum fans in our dinner group are very happy. And I loved the deep, rich purple color - almost blue!
