Wow! These are lovely! I got some beautiful, ripe pomegranates from a friend- immediately thought of making cocktails out of them… stumbled on this recipe… and voila!! Thank you for posting! The rum fans in our dinner group are very happy. And I loved the deep, rich purple color - almost blue!

Wow! That is good. Much sweeter than I thought it would be, with the dry Vermouth, but it might be that our lemon tree is a sweet variety. Probably contributing to the sweetness. Even mom likes this cocktail! It goes down easy!
