Since I am 56 years old, I have to admit: I am bored. I no longer find pleasure in food unless it is one of those 16-course tasting menus with 'Siren Dandruff' all over the dishes. So I start reading and it happens I had everything in my little bar: Lychee liquor, Italicus and happens I opened a Sparkling after snack. This is delicious. I want to know cocktails to have again surprise and fun, this is both :D . Future Gustavo always make one!

We couldn't be asked with the frozen lychee garnish ... but the rest was simply excellent. What a wonderful way to toast the arrival of summer!
