1 14 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
13 oz Italicus liqueur
16 oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
0.42 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

Garnish: Frozen lychee from a tin dropped into cocktail

How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.

We couldn't be asked with the frozen lychee garnish ... but the rest was simply excellent. What a wonderful way to toast the arrival of summer!
