Made this with Novo Fogo Silver. First time trying cachaca. Kind of intense, but if you like the taste of cachaca, I can tell this is well-balanced. Cachaca-forward, with the coconut, lime, and sugar subtly taking the edge off.

This would be a very different drink if it was "coca"!
