A lap of honour for the Last Word cocktail, here made with sage-forward gin and Yellow Chartreuse in place of the usual Green

Perhaps the best Last Word variant I have ever made. Perhaps even better than the Last Word itself. 4 fresh sage leaves in the shaker and fine strain on the pour. So amazing!
