Ingredients:
56 oz Engine Gin
56 oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
56 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare sage leaf for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with sage leaf.

I used 4 Sage leaves in the shaker and it turned out beautiful! Refreshing and delicious.

Fantastic gin and a creative way to adhere to the motor theme with the presentation. Didn’t miss the Luxardo cherry garnish either.
