Now I do it with the Engine Gin. Italian, all based in auto culture, very herbal since it has the sage on it. It was the most herbal of all my gins, even when I used some very complex, this is beyond. I relly love it.

The other was reading the 'Club Dumas' of Reverte, and I find there the 'Bols' -Genever- now I love it. Now is the Sage Gin... impossible to get, but I made the infussion with the Sage bought at the Mercado de Sonora the biggest herbolaria -apothecary market. Is very strong. Lovely, don't know why but it taste very boozy, strong. Maybe I went too far in the gin -my curse-.

Perhaps the best Last Word variant I have ever made. Perhaps even better than the Last Word itself. 4 fresh sage leaves in the shaker and fine strain on the pour. So amazing!

Fantastic gin and a creative way to adhere to the motor theme with the presentation. Didn’t miss the Luxardo cherry garnish either.
