Sipping this right now, my husband and I. I used Ardbeg for the peaty one, I only store one peaty Scotch at a time as i don’t use it in many cocktails as am not a big fan of smokiness. Well pleasantly surprised, very much enjoying your creation, hubby said woooooeeeeeerrr. Well done
