We had only apricot jam home-made and so made an apricot version of this delightful sour. We upped the first three ingredients to 30ml each and, thinking that the drink lacked a bit of depth, added 5ml Mezcal...did the trick for us.

...a single dried apricot dusted with a spicy lime salt for the garnish.
