⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
4 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt
2 barspoon	Strawberry jam/preserve/conserve

How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of dehydrated strawberry slices and Tajín seasoning.

Method

POUR first 4 ingredients into shaker.
Add strawberry jam and use a barspoon to combine with the other ingredients.
SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with dehydrated strawberry slices dusted with Tajín seasoning.

We had only apricot jam home-made and so made an apricot version of this delightful sour. We upped the first three ingredients to 30ml each and, thinking that the drink lacked a bit of depth, added 5ml Mezcal...did the trick for us.
