| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 1⁄4 oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 4 drop | Bob's Cardamom bitters |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist, expressed and then skewered for garnish (preferably using a skull-topped pick).
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
