What's with the Chartreuse measurement? 3.8 ml or 0.13 fl oz?

Excellent cocktail. With only three ingredients, use the best quality you can afford. Green Chartreuse adds lovely herbal hints and the Triple Sec a touch of orange. Would recommend.
