I used a rough Grappa (Luxardo) and like how it plays off of the Grapes. A softer smooth Grappa would need more than 15 ml for me. The Gin is a bit lost, but it isn't about the Gin in this drink. Thinking about trying it with a Pisco as the spirit instead of Gin, any thoughts on that?
