1⁄2 oz | Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Aromatic, floral and surprisingly dry with pleasing grape fruitiness and botanical complexity.
Adapted from a recipe created by Ryan Magarian at Oven & Shaker, Portland, Oregon. Apparently, Ryan named this cocktail due to his being inspired by the Sicilian countryside.
