I can see what others are saying that the sweetness is a little heavy, but not too unexpected with yellow chartreuse. I had this after something smoky and boozy so the sweetness was a nice respite. Still would likely pull back on the simple syrup next time as I love all the ingredients straight, but no major complaints with the herbal blend.
