I've just come across this on another site and hadn't realised it was available here also. Has anybody used this? It seems too good to be true if you're going to be making a lot of sours, the sugar syrup and egg white all combined together. No mess, too easy? I guess I could just buy a bottle and try it out but wondered if anybody had any experience with it, good or bad? It strikes me that if I've never seen anyone using it then there must be something wrong with it 🤣
