Such a sumptuous cocktail. We set the Campari to one side...its contribution is mostly bitterness...and substituted a downunder native plum aperitivo at 20ml. Then we rebalanced the juice 20ml each Lime and Grapefruit (it's the Campari that demands the more Lime, we think). Why, upside of the equator, do there appear to be so very few alternatives to Campari? Are we just not seeing them? Downunder, we have a few and they are a delight.
