How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into an ice-filled glass.
2 fl oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
1/4 fl oz | Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
2 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
