Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
14 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
2 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Double old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cinnamon.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with dusting of ground cinnamon.

At first was definitely not a fan at first, but after a few sips I grew to like it quite a lot
