Had this Vermut i Barcelona, just on the rocks, lemon peel and two olives on a toothpick. Definitely my new go to aperitif. So long Daiquiris (for a while).
First time trying a vermouth based on sherry, and I gotta say I’m quite impressed: it is a perfect mix between sherry and sweet vermouth, with the qualities of both retained and working harmoniously together
May be slightly sacrilegious to say, but this has become my favorite vermouth to use in a Negroni. Adds a perfect amount of sweetness and doesn't overwhelm the Campari or gin.
