Had this again with a spicy New Orleans Jambalaya. Perfect balance to the spicy dish.

Perfect summer afternoon or evening cocktail. We were looking for something to have with highly spicy Mexican food. This was perfect. Finished up a bottle of rose we had earlier and provide a slightly Mexican touch to the cocktails.
