Ingredients:
3 oz Rosé wine
34 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
6 drop Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
1 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

Perfect summer afternoon or evening cocktail. We were looking for something to have with highly spicy Mexican food. This was perfect. Finished up a bottle of rose we had earlier and provide a slightly Mexican touch to the cocktails.
