Ingredients:
2 fl oz	Patrón Silver blanco tequila
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Dark crème de cacao liqueur
1 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of square of 70% cacao chocolate.

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass (no ice in glass).

Garnish:

Garnish with square of chocolate.

I used chocolate bitters. Next time I will add a drop of saline, go all out on expressing with orange peel, plus put a piece of Lindt dark chocolate orange on the side.

I cut the amount of creme de cacao in half and added a dash of xoclatl mole bitters. Exquisite and easy!

I think it's too sweet. Try without cacao brown next time and with chocolate bitter.

I used older, sweeter version of rabarbaro, giffard creme de cacao White and bitter truth chocolate bitters. The base was ocho blanco. Nice coctail with tequila to the fore, and medium chocolate/cacao biterness but something (dash or two of absinthe) is missing.
