30 ml grappa marolo di barolo 20 years (much better in coctails, than solo), 15 ml quaglia chinotto, 20 ml cynar, 15 ml barbadillo ataman vermut, 10 ml filter coffee, pinch of salt, orange zest. This is very, very good coctail.

A lot of improvising with this one. 50 ml trois rivieres cuvee de l'ocean (So no saline solution needed), infused with sencha tea with sakura (infusion within infusion, lol), 15 ml kwai feh lychee, 5 ml stock maraschino, 15 ml lime Juice, 2,5 ml agave syrup.

Drinking this while watching "The brotherhood of the bell", excellent crime/mystery/drama made for tv with Glenn Ford. Definitely good cocktail for that kind of the movie and good movie for that kind of cocktail. No amaro at the moment, but really good, dry black walnut liqueur with plenty of herbs as a substitute.

I used older, sweeter version of rabarbaro, giffard creme de cacao White and bitter truth chocolate bitters. The base was ocho blanco. Nice coctail with tequila to the fore, and medium chocolate/cacao biterness but something (dash or two of absinthe) is missing.

I see potential here, but in this configuration it's definitely too sweet. So, more armagnac and less amaro and maraschino. Made with lauvia hors d'age, ramazzotti amaro, stock maraschino.

Definitely not light and easy cocktail. It has seriousness and gravity. In My case craigellachie 13 (50ml),octomore 13.2, giffard cassis noir de bourgogne, punt e mes and 3 generous dashes of angostura.

Ok, it's nice but where is the chartreuse, where is the cynar? I love mezcal cocktails but in this case i can smell and taste only mezcal (made with del maguey vida).
