Wow, really good. The photo has me a bit confused as the recipe calls for an ice-filled glass. No worries, I did use an ice-filled glass and I love this recipe!

Made this last night to use up some Metaxa and absolutely loved it. The Chartreuse with the Ouzo was great. Will be making again!

I have a litre bottle of Metaxa I've been meaning to finish up so I made this today. It's pretty good and the chartreuse and ouzo are battling it out for the flavours. I think they complement each other quite well! Thank you Simon.
