25 December was never "allegedly" Jesus's birthday. Like the Queens birthday or even horses birthday they are not celebrated on the actual day of their birth. 25 December was just picked as a day to celebrate his birth, the actual day being unknown (even the year only thought to be between 6 and 4 BC).
