Austin Hennelly references the Waterproof Watch and says you can sub Allspice Dram ‘at a pinch’ for that drink. But as Simon infers, it won’t be quite the same.

As their name suggests, Dale's Pimento Bitters are much more bitter and more concentrated in flavour than bittersweet allspice dram liqueur.
