Small bottle of this Vermouth Amaro was included in a Cocchi gift set I received at Christmas. I wonder if I could get away with using this in a Paper Plane ?

This one is not properly filed in Ingredients, lists as „Unknown Ingredient“ instead of „Medium Vermouth Amaro“ or the like.
